Felix Sturm ripped and ready for Radosevic
champion Felix Sturm is ripped and ready to get back to his winning
ways when he faces undefeated middleweight contender Predrag Radosevic on
July 6 at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Both
fighters came in under the 160-pound weight limit, with Sturm tipping the
scales at 159.7 pounds while Radosevic weighed 157.9 pounds.
Sturm is coming off of two controversial fights. In his last bout, he lost a
razor thin decision to Sam Soliman that later got changed to a No Contest
after Soliman tested positive for a banned substance. Prior to that fight,
Sturm lost another close decision to current IBF middleweight champion
Daniel Geale. With a win against Radosevic, the former middleweight
champmion hopes to secure a future bout against other elite middleweight
champions, including Peter Quillin and Gennady Golovkin.
